✅ Warranty claim karne ke liye:
Product unused honi chahiye.
Original packaging aur invoice hona zaroori hai.
Sirf damaged ya wrong product ki replacement ki jayegi.
❌ Warranty nahi milegi agar:
Product istemaal (used) kar li gayi ho.
Allergic reaction ya personal liking/disliking ki wajah se return ki request ho.
Product ko kisi teesray shakhs ya shop se repair ya alter kiya gaya ho.
Packaging ya bottle tori gayi ho ya seal khul chuki ho.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our Vital Skin Beauty Cream and Serum come with a 7-day checking warranty.
If the sealed product is damaged or the wrong item is received, an exchange or replacement request can be made within 5 days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
